## ESPEIR · Preserve clinical history. Unlock knowledge.

A new approach to medical information, serving care and healthcare organizations.

A French digital health company, ESPEIR develops a lasting clinical memory and specialized semantic intelligence to make medical information accessible, understandable and reusable.

## What we believe · Software comes and goes. Clinical knowledge remains.

Every episode of care enriches the patient’s history. This knowledge, often scattered across several systems, is an essential clinical asset.

We believe in preserving it, making it accessible and letting it keep its full value, whatever the software and however it evolves.

## Our approach · Start from real-world needs. Build on what exists.

Our solutions adapt to real-world conditions, existing systems and the practices of healthcare professionals.

- **Clinical value.** A concrete need: view, understand or reuse information.
- **Openness.** Existing standards and infrastructure as a foundation.
- **Resource efficiency.** Specialized technologies, with compute sized to the need.

## The team · Complementary expertise. A shared vision.

Our team brings together complementary experience and skills in healthcare software, artificial intelligence, interoperability and data engineering.

Beyond technological expertise, we share a common belief: innovation must be built by listening, respecting professionals and understanding realities on the ground.

A team where technical rigor meets human commitment.

President of ESPEIR

## Innovation grounded in the realities of care

ESPEIR draws on medical and public health perspectives to test its innovations against the needs of professionals and the challenges of care pathways.

Among these contributors, Elena Cam, a public health graduate of the EHESP (French School of Public Health) with a background in dental surgery, brings a medical, regional and societal perspective. Her experience and her conversations with healthcare professionals help shape our thinking and bring our solutions closer to realities on the ground.
